Good App, helpfull but one problem my password has lost, i follow instructions try again but app msg to me password send to your your cell no. Password don't send me. Plz send me password on my cell no.

Very slow takes ages to go to next step. could not complete appointment process. On physical presence they ask you to go through online appointment process. People not having skill for use of computer / Mobile app are stuck.
