In this release, more features are made available such as:
- Access to health and medical articles written by our doctors via Health Plus
- View your past hospital admission(s), as well as your final bill of your medical treatment
- Enhanced view of outpatient lab results (to include haematology, immunology urine and stool analysis)

Why on Earth is access to my photos and videos compulsory? That's an access I would not Grant without good reason! Make it optional, and justify it!

App keeps crashing at launch. I called the hotline, they have the same issue. 09/2020 update: still an issue. Also unclear why you require DOB to create a ticket for troubleshooting

Whatever the other people said about the app, it's true. What's the point of getting us to download an app that's obviously flawed? Registered and tried to login but was not allowed to do so. User experience feels strange as it jumps to a webpage when u try to sign in using the app. Parkway group might as well pay me to redo a new app. I think I can make a better one.

Received SMS mentioned to check my result using the app. Downloaded & installed the app just to have horrible experience that can't even login. Parkway, please don't event publish this app if you can't even build it properly & make it work at the 1st place!

Unnecessary and not functional. Got an SMS that says "to access the bill, download the app". Why would I want an app just to see a bill? But ok, still gave it a go. Downloaded the app, it didn't even let me complete the sign up if I don't agree to receiving marketing messages. In the end I called up the hospital to get the bill by email. I had a good stay at the hospital but this whole process just seriously undermines the customer's ability to make their own choice - I urge you to revise it.
