While this app is a simple interface which makes it awesome, the actual functioning of the app is really ruins the overall experience. Data recorded in the app for me can change over night, an example from last night is I went to bed on almost 13,000 steps for the day and today it shows only 256 steps for all of yesterday. This is a common issue I have with this app, as well as taking a long time to load. Really dissatisfied with the experience of this app.

Cannot get to the login screen .. I never get an email with the captcha code. Have been waiting for 24 hours now! Useless, frustrating and obviously incompetent.

The device is poor and breaks easily, but worse is the app BLANKS the history when you sync a new band, this is unbelievable, no way to export/save your data. Try another brand.

The app is great and all but why isn't my RM60 watch not counting steps or anything? Just time and date..
