Changing from a five star to two. I have 2 devices - DS218+ and antique DS110j. For 110j, the recent DS Cam updates haave broken the notification functionality. I simply receive no more notifications after the first one or two messages. Reverted to an older version (3.x) and problem is gone. Contacted support, they wanted to gain access to my NAS to check, but I am not ready to do that with the data I have in my machine. So... I am sticking with the older version for now.

Works, but always takes opening it twice to see the cameras.

After installing this on my Android my phone kept crashing. and then restarting but without the requirement to put in my SIM card. sometimes it would restart with having to enter all my security details. A complete restart. When it didn't crash the picture would freeze on my mobile or could not make a connection when using remotely. 29SEP2020 the above issue is fixed but now I have another issue. The image shown on my android is blurred and when i tap PTZ to check the focus the blurred image just gets bigger with no PTZ controller. When i switch to the app from the camera (Foscam) the image is clear?

Edit Sept 10, 2020... I change my rating from 2 stars to 4 because there was an update like on Sept. 9th and I could connect immediately on both wifi or celular without any issue on https or http with corresponding ports. Whatever was wrong was obviously fixed with last update. Sept 7: Stopped connecting... Now either at https or http, it won't connect. It used to connect just fine but since Sept 2020, this app has become useless. All my ports are forwarded properly.

The app indeed does what it's supposed to do. Much needed functionality in order to keep up and surpass all the other camera apps: -- Automatically switch to landscape orientation (or set by sensor or user settings) when viewing a single camera -- Double tap to zoom in to a spot, in the same single view -- Picture-in-picture (tapping Home will display a miniature player on top of other apps, for a single camera)

Aspect ratio is wrong when you first open the app. But returns to normal after swiping through the camera list. Didn't happen with previous version.
