Ok boxing app. Tried a couple and found another free one called boxtastic which is similar but had a cool boxercise workout too... so opted for that. But worth trying both to see which fits your boxing fitness needs the best

It covers the very basics. I box peekaboo style and was hoping with your "years of experience" that you would have the willie bag numbering as that is my preferred way of shaddow boxing i find the numbers easier to respond to ie 1= left hook 2= straight right 3=left uppercut 4= right uppercut 5= left body hook 6= right body hook 7=jab 8= straight body punch 9= right hook
