CSO

Denne app giver adgang til CSO-baserede løsninger. Hvis du er i behandling for en kronisk sygdom, og din behandler anvender CSO (f.eks. CSO/Antikoagulation eller CSO/Diabetes), så kan denne app give dig adgang til samme funktionalitet som du kan få via systemets patientgrænseflade på Sundhed.dk.
Bruger du Roche CoaguChek INRange, og er du blevet instrueret i opsætning, måling mv. på en AK-skole, så kan du med denne app overføre resultater direkte til CSO uden manuel indtastning.
App'en er et supplement til den eksisterende funktionalitet, og stilles gratis til rådighed. For at bruge app-adgangen skal du først logge på via Sundhed.dk med dit NemID som du plejer. Herefter kan du i din brugerprofil (knappen over/ved siden af log ud) aktivere app-adgang, sætte din adgangskode og notere din oplåsningskode. Første gang du logger på app-versionen skal du anvende oplåsningskoden. App'en giver dig mulighed for at anvende touch-id og face-id fremover, hvis dit device understøtter dette.
Bemærk at oplåsningskoden skal indtastes for hvert device (telefon/tablet) du anvender.
Der overføres kun data mellem din behandler og dig. Data sendes aldrig til IntraMed A/S. Du kan læse mere om hvilke data der overføres og gemmes ved at klikke på IntraMed A/S nederst i skærmbillederne i app'en, eller på vores hjemmeside.
This app gives access to CSO-based solutions. If you are in treatment for a chronic disease and your therapist uses CSO (eg CSO / Anticoagulation or CSO / Diabetes), this app can give you access to the same functionality that you can get through the system's patient interface at Health.dk. .
Do you use Roche CoaguChek INRange and have you been instructed in setup, measurement, etc. at an AK school, you can transfer results directly to CSO without manual entry.
The app is a supplement to the existing functionality and is made available free of charge. To use the app access, you must first log on to Sundhed.dk with your NemID as usual. Then you can enable app access, set your password, and note your unlock code in your user profile (button above / next to logout). The first time you log in to the app version, use the unlock code. The app allows you to use touch ID and face ID in the future if your device supports this.
Note that the unlock code must be entered for each device (phone / tablet) you are using.
Only data between your therapist and you is transferred. Data is never sent to IntraMed A / S. You can read more about what data is transferred and saved by clicking IntraMed A / S at the bottom of the app's screens, or on our website.
