It doesn't load. It asks for wifi or phone connection and I have both setups. :/

The app seems to be broken. Fails to load, with a warning about a lack of connectivity, but clearly I'm connected.

La aplicación no sirve para nada dice que necesita servicio de conexión wifi o data y mi teléfono está con todos los servicios, así que no se entonces a donde conectarme para que funcione, mi teléfono es un Samsung 9 Plus que más quiere.
