Very useful App and the workflow seems quite efficient on the back office to process the requests: I got the money back quite quickly, faster than if I send all the bloody papers for the whole family (4 persons). The camera is sometimes difficult to use (be very stable especially in low light conditions), hopefully the flash can be activated. That's why the pdf attachement would be a good improvement. I would however suggest some improvements: - Link all the requests in the App with a section in the e-assura web-site (ideally categorised: 'processed' vs 'in progress') - Possibility to attach a pdf instead of using the camera scan. (already said) - Possibility to archive the processed request or to introduce a new status like "Paid" or "Processed" so that we can see better the status of a request and which one we're waiting on. There is also now the possibility to choose the person (contract) before the scan, it would be nice to know if we still need to write the insurance number on the paper or not (I did not get any official news after the App update).

Love the app, came out in beta and now very good. I forget to write my policy number on the paper before I scan but as I'm logged in could you please put it directly on the scan for me?

Ne reconnais jamais les reçus ! Il faudrait arrêter de rendre la validation de l'image obligatoire quand on ne sait pas faire de reconnaissance d'image chez Assura...

endlich ein schritt in die richtige richtung bzgl. kundenservice. die aufnahme funktion ist jedoch katastrophal. bitte mal mit apps wie OneDrive benchmarken...

Without PDF or picture upload is this app not really useful. The flash does what he wants, he's not synchronized with the cam.

The scanner is not working. I could scan only one document. The rest is just writing "kein Beleg erkannt" And stupidly this app doesn't take pictures from the gallery as others scanning apps are doing. Very negative experience. Everything is as usually , service providers earn a lot of money but doesn't want to invest in a proper electronic tool.
