3:33 Weiler - Die App zum Verweilen

3:33 WEILER funktioniert wie Radio, das mit Elementen angereichert ist: Drohnenaufnahmen, Slideshows, Videos und Fotos, Tondokumente mit Anleitungen, Gedichten und Musikstücken. Im Zentrum stehen die beiden Verweilphasen von 1 Minute und 11 Sekunden und 2 Minuten und 22 Sekunden. Die Summe dieser beiden Zeiten des Verweilens, die nicht übersprungen werden können, gaben der App den Namen: 3:33 WEILER. Die App lädt ein zur Ruhe zu kommen und sich vertieft auf etwas einzulassen.
Du kannst mit 3:33 WEILER einen einzelnen Ort besuchen - als kurze Pause im Alltag - oder kombiniere einige Orte zu einer Entdeckungsreise. Der Aufenthalt an einem Ort dauert ca. 10 Minuten.
An jedem Ort bietet dir die App eine Anleitung, den Ort aufmerksamer zu erkunden und dabei auch mehr über dich selber zu erfahren. Nachdem du den Ort über die Karte oder aus einer Liste angewählt hast, gibt dir ein Text und Bilder den Hinweis, wohin genau du dich begeben sollst. Danach bietet ein Audio erste Informationen über den Ort und du kannst dir mit einer Drohnenaufnahme einen Überblick verschaffen. Mit einer Fragestellung schliesst das erste Audio und mündet in eine Stille von 1 Minute und 11 Sekunden. Diese lädt dich ein, bei deinen Fragen und Wahrnehmungen zu verweilen. Ein weiteres Audio eröffnet dir eine erweiterte oder vertiefte Erfahrung. In der folgenden Verweildauer von 2 Minuten und 22 Sekunden kannst du diesen Erfahrungen nachgehen. Ein drittes Audio bündelt die Gedanken und schliesst mit der Aufforderung, deine Erfahrung mit einem Wort zu beschreiben. Dieses wird in einer Cloud gepostet. Du kannst dieses Wort auch auf Social Media teilen oder es dir per E-Mail schicken lassen. Das Verweilen am Ort endet mit einem Wegwort, das du dir anhören kannst.
3:33 WEILER ist aus einer Zusammenarbeit von Katholisch Stadt Zürich mit der Fachrichtung Cast/Audiovisual Media an der ZHdK entstanden.
3:33 WEILER funktioniert kartenbasiert oder mit einer Liste, die den User an die 33 Orte führt. Beim ersten Gebrauch müssen die Ortungsdienste für die APP eingeschaltet werden. Es empfiehlt sich, die Benachrichtigungsfunktion zu aktivieren. Nutze Kopfhörer für ein optimales Hörerlebnis.

The focus is on the two dwell phases of 1 minute and 11 seconds and 2 minutes and 22 seconds. The sum of these two periods of lingering, which can not be skipped, gave the app its name: 3:33 WEILER. The app invites you to come to rest and immerse yourself in something.
You can visit a single place with 3:33 WEILER - as a short break in everyday life - or combine some places to a journey of discovery. The stay in one place takes about 10 minutes.
Everywhere, the app offers a guide to explore the place more attentive and to learn more about yourself. After selecting the location from the map or from a list, text and pictures will tell you where to go. Then an audio provides first information about the location and you can get an overview with a drone recording. With a question the first audio closes and ends in a silence of 1 minute and 11 seconds. This invites you to dwell on your questions and perceptions. Another audio will give you an extended or in-depth experience. In the following stay of 2 minutes and 22 seconds you can pursue this experience. A third audio bundles the thoughts and concludes with the request to describe your experience in one word. This is posted in a cloud. You can also share this word on social media or have it e-mailed to you. Lingering at the place ends with a path word that you can listen to.

3:33 WEILER works map-based or with a list that takes the user to the 33 places. On first use, the location services for the APP must be turned on. It is recommended to enable the notification feature. Use headphones for an optimal listening experience.
