preserving its freshness and extend its shelf life. But the choice of the ALIGAL gas mixture varies with the food product and the type of degradation limiting the shelf life.
The MAP App is designed to bring an immediate response to issues related to the choice of ALIGAL gas products
for the packaging of all food products under modified atmosphere.
