related Kaizen activity in Prambanan Factory. After Implementation, Hopefully it will:
1. Stregthen Facilitator and advisor Function
2. Improve the Quality of Kaizen Method and Report (Stronger than N 1 Monitoring)
3. Increase employee's motivation and involvement
4. Improvement Database
5. Easier Reporting for shopfloor
6. Easier Reporting for management
