The Credentialing 4 Nurses Evidence Based Record is an easy way to document continuing professional development activities relevant to credentialing. Australian nursing specialties can now capture evidence of CPD hours that demonstrate participation in a broad range of specialty-related learning, practice and professional activities.
Categorise CPD into two distinct domains:
1. Education related activities
2. Practice development related activities
Build detailed reports that can link into your credentialing application, for registration purposes, or your employer.
