Omschrijving RADIO COMUNICACION EFECTIVA

A partir del 1 de agosto del 2018, pasa a ser dirigida y administrada por Bismarck Arana Mite, profesional de la comunicación social desde el 2008 y con trayectoria en medios radiales desde el 2001.
Desde este momento RCE inicia un rediseño en su imagen pero manteniendo la esencia de entretener e informar a todo nuestro público. RCE cuenta con una variada y fresca programación de información y musical, creados para entretener a nuestros oyentes de todas partes del mundo; estando presente en los acontecimiento más importantes y, cubriendo los sucesos del diario vivir con información rápida y veraz, lo que nos ha significado un sitial muy merecido en la audiencia local, regional, nacional y del mundo; cumpliendo con nuestro slogan «Porque la comunicación con seriedad es desarrollo».
