09/23 : Fixing ANR for already done donation and android.permission.WRITE_SETTINGS issue

- New locale : de ( I can include more locale with your help :-) )
- New adb stop/restart mechanism
- Tablet & social network support.
- And thanks to donators : internet permission and d'Admob (not implemented in earlier versions) are removed :)
- No longer needs BusyBox
