Penerangan Shabaash-Recognition App

Values are the fundamental beliefs of an organization.
At Lupin our values are:
Integrity | Teamwork |Respect & Care | Passion for Excellence | Entrepreneurial Spirit | Customer Focus
These are the essence of our identity, the principles, beliefs and morals on which our organization is built.
Praise and recognition are essential to an outstanding workplace. People want to be respected and valued for their contribution. Everyone feels the need to be recognized as an individual or member of a group and to feel a sense of achievement for work well done or even for a valiant effort. Everyone wants a ‘pat on the back’ to make them feel good.
We all respond to appreciation expressed through recognition of our good work because it confirms that our work is valued.
To do so we have launched an initiative called “Shabaash” wherein we will be encouraging values in Lupinytt’s, bringing positives Vibes in the world of Lupin. Lupinytt’s who demonstrate these values will be appreciated so that they set an example for others.
“Shabaash” is an appreciation program based on Lupin values. It is an initiative to appreciate each other across hierarchy who demonstrates exemplary value traits in their day to day actions and behaviors.
