The Picasa Windows software has the inbuilt facility to upload iamges online and then to organise these in albums. Connect your mobile/tablet to PicasoStart by logging in (to your google Account; create account should you not have one)The opening screen will display all your albums, and images and open an album up.There is the option in the search box to type in a topic and search the Picaso community
