시민이 불만의 구제에 만족하지 않으면 Citizen은 1902 년에 전화하거나 Grama/Ward Sachivalayam을 방문하여 불만을 다시 열 수 있습니다.또는 Spandana Portal (https://www.spandana.ap.gov.in/)을 사용하거나 Spandana 모바일 앱을 사용합니다.
Spandana Portal은 불만을 등록하기위한 것입니다.Spandana에 서비스 요청을 등록 할 조항이 없으며 모든 서비스 요청은 Grama/Ward Sachivalayam을 통해서만 등록해야합니다.
Spandana 불만 처리 프로세스 :
1.고충은 여러 소스에서 등록 할 수 있으며 각 불만
2에 대해 고유 한 "YSR#"(Spandana 요청 번호)이 생성됩니다.불만은 각각의 구제 책임자에게 할당됩니다.
3.구전 장교는 필요한 조사, 행동을 수행하며 불만을 개정합니다.
4.시민은 결의안에 만족하지 않으면 불만을“재개”할 수 있으며 문제를 해결하기 위해 고등 당국에도 할당됩니다.
