When will I get a rebate?
You will get a free data pack as soon as you sign up. Once you use up your first data pack by listening to music on Saavn, you will receive a new, also free, data pack within a couple of minutes. Please note that you can unlock free data packs only by listening to Saavn!
How long will I continue to receive free data packs?
This is a pilot program that will run for 14 days. At the end of the program, we will notify you via e-mail.3.
Why didn’t I get my rebate?
Check your profile and make sure you entered your circle and operator correctly. If you didn’t, please reinstall the FreeStream app and sign up again with the correct operator and circle.
I'm a Pro user. Why am I seeing data recharge failures?
If you are a pro user, make sure that there is a gap of at least 15 minutes between successive recharges. So if you consume your quota in under 10 minutes, you will get a recharge failure.
