Down Up Challenge is a lightweight fitness app for people on the move who want an easy way on how to train your core muscles.
How it works?
-The app tells you when to go Down into the rep and when to go Up with time you spend holding a rep helps to work your core.
-Choose an exercise, click on the timer to choose a time then follow exercise!
-For the randomiser you have to instantly go in the core position of that exercise until it changes to another.
