"Alliance Technician App facilitate mobile based solution to update service records in CRM via Mobile App.
Technician App is interfaced with Alliance CRM.
Records updated in Alliance Technician App will be updated in CRM.
This app will work both on online and offline mode.
Features in Alliance Technician Application:
* Daily Attendance
* Check call assigned to him
* Update calls assigned to him via mobile.
* Take customer digital signature which in turn will create E-FSR from CRM
* (TA/DA Management) : Can Claim their expenses
