Schedule staffing needs and sync master calendars to their personal devices. Quickly and efficiently retrieve list of substitute staff to fill an absence. Customise to only show required data according to the user.
Track all log-in/log-out time in and out of office, training, vacation, sick leave, and other absence requests. Allows for third party to digitally sign and verify staff’s attendance. Calculate total out-station hours. Submit leave application and upload medical certificates.
Communicate internally and externally. Circulate memos, programme alerts and disseminate work related materials among staff. Maintain good relationships with individual clients via personal messages and keep them abreast of developments.
Marketing - Send out EDM blasts, promotional news and announcements to enrolled client base.
Manage and customise client database efficiently according to user preferences.
