This is a combination of fun things that kids can enjoy. My kids love it and it's fun to watch them show their imaginations. Here are some of the features.
1. Finger painting with different brush types and colors
2. Decorating with clip art (thanks to https://openclipart.org/unlimited-commercial-use-clipart for your permission to use your clip art)
3. A few animations to bring drawing to life
4. Capture a photo and use it for decoration. With this feature, you can take a picture of anything you like to include in the drawing.
5. Save the picture
