Maintercept Mobile App is a patent-pending solution that provides a secure platform for property owners and tenants to source the warrantied services of skilled Technical Service Personnel (TSP), i.e., artisans, technicians, and engineers, to attend to property maintenance related issues conveniently near their locations. The App further provides for the decentralised skills development through the Aspire TSP Program, and income opportunities through the Tender Briefing Messenger (TBM) service.
