Legend Smash Bros is a dramatic departure from many fighting game. Instead of winning by depleting your opponent's life bar, Smash Bros players seek to knock opposing characters on stage. When a character is knocked off the stage, he can use jumping moves to (attempt to) return; as jumping several characters' are longer-ranged, they may have an easier time "recovering" from the others. In addition, some characters are heavier than others, making it difficult for opponents to knock them off the edge but also difficult to recover.
Legend Smash Bros game control is greatly simplified compared to other fighting games.
