Seven Pirates has an awful customer service reputation and plays by their own rules has lawsuits pending. I am very disappointed I was a loyal customer since the old version called Dead Walk 5 years and I get banned for a so-called loophole seven Pirates has yet to respond and that was on August 30th. Hopefully this helps your decision to play the game a little easier. I will add I have continued to contact them 5day ago, 3 days ago, and 2days ago I have gotten no response. It's 2020 & no better
