Just exactly what you need it tells u about your minutes /texts / data plus it let's you top up in so many different ways u don't just have to go nd collect and buy a voucher u can top up buy card eg In store / over the phone / u can do so many thing nd it easy to use I

Keeps me updated with new things and keeps me in contact with friends and family and friends of family. It allows me to go on apps to keep me motivated and gives me something to do when im bored. Really entertaining to be fair. KEEP IT UP👏😁

Clear, quick and simple to set up. Opened my new SIM and I've never set up a new card as easy... start to finish in a couple of minutes.... the app doesn't have lists and lists of unnecessary options and loads of ridiculous questions.... I had a stroke a couple of years back and I had to learn to read and write again.... phones and computers became a nightmare... bless Giffgaff.... at last a reliable straight forward tool.... if only all apps n systems were designed this way !!

This app is absolutely useless. I've been logged out and now I can't log in again, tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Worst app update ever as it doesn't work. Reported it to Giffgaff, who have basically said keep trying. 😡

Love it, so easy to control all aspects of it, I'm a great believer in giffgaff and I highly recommend it to everyone, nice work guys keep up the great work down their at giffgaff towers !!
