محمّد علیزاده در ۲۳ دی سال ۱۳۶۰ در کرج از پدر و مادری میانه ای به دنیا آمد. وی در حال حاضر در تهران زندگی می‌کند و برای نخستین‌بار در ۲۴ سالگی خواننده شد. تحصیلاتش ربطی به موسیقی ندارد، او مهندس کشاورزی است اما علاقه شدیدی به موسیقی دارد. آنطور که خودش نقل می‌کند در سن ۱۹ سالگی برای نخستین‌بار عاشق شده‌است و به آن افتخار می‌کند. محمد علیزاده علاقه خاصی به قرآن دارد و سه سال پیاپی مقام اول قرائت قرآن را توانسته کسب کند. وی همچنین دو ترانه فکرشم نکن و جز تو را جزو محبوبترین ترانه‌هایش می‌داند

According to him, at the age of 19, he fell in love for the first time and was proud of it. Mohammad Alizadeh has a special interest in the Qur'an and has been able to win the first place in the recitation of the Qur'an for three consecutive years.
