Using Presently truly does help me stay present.It motivates me to practice gratitude. I didn't understand the power of practicing and building gratitude as a way of being until using this app. It is changing my perspective on life for the better. I've been using this for about a week and am really enjoying it so far. The best things are that it has a simple but aesthetic design and the fact that there are no ads. And although you can write whatever you want, being asked what you're grateful for is a great start and helps me begin positively which I struggle with but think it's good to do for mental health. I hope these things never change because it makes it so calming and stress free to use compared to other journalling apps!

It's simple and easy to use. I set up a prompt to remind myself at 9at night, and when I do quickly record what's on my heart it's so wonderful to review at my fingertips all these sweet blessings. I like the share option also
