For tourists: velo blue is a scam. They will charge your credit card weekly and you can't just cancel this. In case you are tourist beware that specifying a telephone number in wrong format and buying a ride with it will lead to periodic uncancellable weekly payments which you just can't simply cancel online. Actually you can cancel it only by visiting their office (which is hard to do if you are not living in Nice) or sending them a physical postal message and praying that they receive it.
