The app doesn't work it forgets your password and username so doesn't let you in. When you ask for a new. Password it goes oops something went wrong. It takes ages of trying but still doesn't work Rubbish.

Was always easy to use with a pin number but since changing my plan and getting a new simcard it always makes me login even with pin number option ,so inconvenient. having to login every time .Defeats the object of having the app ,time it was sorted running out ot patience now .

iD - Fix the login problem. You are most certainly aware of it and your automated responses claim your team is working hard to resolve it, but this just clearly isn't true. I've lost track of how long it's been since I've been able to use the iD app without typing out all my login details, and it can't even be a hard fix. It seems like you don't care about your customers and maybe I'll go elsewhere when I can.

Even with my login preferences set to PIN and Fingerprint Login set to ON, still always forces me to type my username and password every time I enter the app. Please fix this bug. At least remember my account name. Really annoying, especially when I've told it exactly how I want to login and it's ignored me completely.

Just moved from Three to ID. This app is miles better than my old one. Clear dashboard and easy navigation. Only issue is the fingerprint does not seem to work for me, I have to do my password everytime.

I agree with most of the negative comments regarding signing in with PIN. Also looking at the responses, who gets the job of pressing the button to give exactly the same reply to any complaints. Having to use user name and password is too much hassle. Don't bother with the automated reply, I have read it on the previous dozen ratings.
