Absolute nightmare. They cancel trips and keep your money, then you go through hell to get a refund because the customer service option doesn't work and it's impossible to find any other form of contact. I had to go through a third-party organisation to get this sorted OVER CHRISTMAS. I have since uninstalled the app and made sure to inform all the friends I had previously recommended it to.

The map is not always properly displaying my and/or driver's location which brings to misunderstandings during the pick up

It no longer works. It just displays a message asking me to download another app called FREE NOW. It's impossible to get past this screen, even if I install the app FREE NOW, when I relaunch Kapten it still just displays a screen asking me to open FREE NOW and doesn't let me close that screen or book any journeys. I find it strange because they ran a huge advertising campaign in London last year for Kapten, but they never once mentioned FREE NOW.

Don't use!!! Instead of dealing with the issue of not being able to use the app when needed to get poor customer service and account deleted! Minus 5 stars

The app has been decent , tho last couple of days when iv needed to use it it's been crashing. A wierd msg flashes saying something about transferring my account and receiving a discount, then suddenly the app shuts down. As it stands it's unusable, am on the verge of uninstalling it.

I had a coupon code that I wasn't able to use, because it never prompted it. And because I used it once (for full price), I wasn't a "new customer" anymore, and can't use the coupon anymore
