this application help telecom engineers convert SPC (SS7 Signaling Point Code) between Decimal, Hex and Dashed D-D-D notation. this app supports ITU (14 bits) and ANSI (24 bits) formats. if you are using another notation or other formats than ITU and ANSI please let me know, I will be happy to include it for you.
