Super disappointed since it changed to this new format. The worst part: when you delete a voice mai in the visual app, it doesn't delete the actual voice-mail and it accumulates and doesn't tell you that the voice-mail box is full until my customers are complaining that my voicemailbox is full! I'm so pissed at this incompetent system right now... It's hard to see what is a new message with that tiny lite pink dot.

I once thought it was the best voice mail system I'd ever used. That was in 2015, but now it drives me nuts. Whenever I attempt to use it, it does a start-stop, start-stop, start-stop with screen going off and on. When it started happening on my last phone (OS 9) I thought maybe they had done an upgrade and it was no longer compatible, but my new phone is OS 11 and the same problem exists.

Used to work great, would be nice to have a refresh or resync button that gets rid of non visual voicemail alerts on Android. Can't stand dialing in to get voicemail just to delete or clear notifications on android.

Never loads my Voice-mails and always is "experiencing technical difficulties."
