How to use AnemoCheck Mobile:
To view an estimate of your Hgb levels, simply use the “take test” feature within the app and take a picture of your 4 fingernails (excluding the thumb), as shown in the tutorial. The app will then automatically find your fingernails in the photo you took and show you the locations with red boxes. You can then confirm the correct fingernail locations, and your estimated Hgb results will be displayed on screen in seconds.
Accuracy – The underlying technology behind AnemoCheck Mobile was developed by researchers at Emory University and the Georgia Institute of Technology and has been clinically tested in a large clinical study. The results of this clinical study are published in the high-impact, peer-reviewed scientific journal, Nature Communications.
