MY ID is the new APP that allows a privileged access to RIVACOLD world: a real hub of all product ranges, services and a very user friendly communication channel where to find all the informations a customer might need.
Thanks to the activated features, it will be possible to:
- read news on RIVACOLD events and activities;
- consult and download the product documentation and technical data;
- access to the models’ Select Program;
- find the closest commercial contact .
Furthermore, thanks to the new RIV-OLUTION electronics, the APP becomes a fundamental Service Tool
because it makes possible to:
- connect via bluetooth or remotely to your RIVACOLD product and monitor its operation from your mobile phone, in real time;
- set the operating parameters of the machine;
- view the troubleshooting in order to carry out immediate technical assistance.
