Jijaji Chhat Parr Koii Hai ( Brother-in-law, someone is on the terrace) is an Indian television sitcom series that premiered on 8 March 2021 on Sony SAB. It is the spiritual sequel of the series Jijaji Chhat Per Hain. Produced by Edit II Production, it stars Hiba Nawab, Shubhashish Jha and Anup Upadhyay.
Two families, the Sharmas and the Jindals live in a two-storey house in Punjabi Bagh, whose ownership is claimed by both and are constantly at loggerheads with each other. In the midst of all this, is a mystery surrounding the property. An abandoned locked room in the house is said to be haunted. On the ground floor resides the Sharmas and on the first floor the Jindals.
Through flashbacks, it is revealed that the ghost who looks like CP is Chandraprabha aka Chandini. CP and Jeetendra slowly start caring for each other and becomes friends although the ghost creates many obstacles for them. Chandini says that whatever happened to her is bound to happen with C.P and keeps her away from love or marriage.
