I like it, very straight forward. I hope I can change cm to feet and inch for height and kg for weight. Aside from that, I like it. What is the unit for the macro calculation? Is it in kg or kcal? Thanks

Love the accuracy of the Application . I am so glad I found this app. I have tried multiple Apps but this is close to accurate , So can't blame. Keep up the good work. If some ones looking to check their BMR please check this one out .Two thumbs up 💪 . Thank you again .😊💪

I'm blaming myself for not knowing enough about how bmr works but I wish the app had an explanation of results or something. It says I should eat over 10,000 calories, 2000g of protein, and about 800g of carbs/day to gain weight. Also -75g of fat for some reason. Pretty sure I would absolutely gain weight that way but it seems like extreme overkill, to the point that it may actually kill me. Im 6'1, 135lbs with a sedentary lifestyle. I'm assuming its the lifestyle that brings the huge numbers.
