The BONE AGE LITE application was created with the purpose of facilitating day-to-day medical care by bringing portability and usability to your practices.
The bone age assessment is often performed in pediatric patients to evaluate growth, diagnose and manage a variety of endocrine disorders and pediatric syndromes.
Bone development is considered one of the main references for estimating physiological maturation in humans.
This process can be followed up by health professionals through radiographs, allowing the comparison of reference methods to identify their chronology, thus enabling the estimation of bone age and subsequent development of a child.
Developed based on the studies of Vicente Gilsanz and Osman Ratib (2005).
