The My Run Plan application is free to download. After downloading the app you will be prompted to choose a subscription. The auto-renewing subscriptions to Runcoach are $9.99 USD monthly, $49.99 USD semiannually, or $64.99 USD annually. A two week free trial is included.
My Run Plan designs a training plan for you based on your personal goals, preferred workout schedule, and current level of activity and fitness. Using a patented algorithm - which has been proven to increase fitness and improve race time - My Run Plan will build appropriate mileage and speed, and get you to the starting line feeling fit, fresh, and ready to run your best.
With My Run Plan you can:
