Description WiFi X Min Turn Off

If you need to use cell network instead of wifi but don't want to forget to turn it back on - the app is for you.
I had an issue on campus where my cellphone would pick up wifi everywhere, however signal was very weak and I was unable to speak via Viber or Skype. After disabling wifi I always forgot to turn it back on - hence spent extra data on cell network various sync didn't work.
No more problems with that!
