لحرص الشركة على تسهيل خدمة المشتركين، فقد أطلقت تطبيق كير كارد للهواتف الذكية والذي يمكن المشتركين من:
1 . الاطلاع على الملف الطبي للمريض من خلال اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور بشكل سهل
2 . متابعة المطالبات والموافقات الجديدة
3 . تمكين مقدمي الخدمة من الاطلاع على حساباتهم المالية
4 . إرسال رسائل نصية بين المشتركين والشركة بشكل مباشر
5 . إمكانية البحث والاطلاع على تفاصيل الجهات الطبية المختلفة المعتمدة من خلال (اسم الجهة، الاختصاص ,المحافظة، المنطقة ...إلخ) والذي يمّكن المشتركين من الحصول على الخدمات الطبية بشكل ميسر وسهل، مدعماً بالمواقع الجغرافية على الخريطة للجهات الطبية المعتمدة.
In order to facilitate the service of subscribers, the company launched the Care Card for smartphones application, which enables subscribers to:
1. Access to the patient's medical file through the user name and password easily
2. Follow up on new claims and approvals
3. Providing service providers with access to their financial accounts
4. Send text messages between subscribers and the company directly
5. The ability to search and view the details of the various medical authorities accredited by (the name of the entity, jurisdiction, province, region ... etc), which enables subscribers to obtain medical services in an easy and easy way, supported by geographical locations on the map of accredited medical authorities.
