What you need
• Be a Virgin TV customer
• An Android mobile or tablet running Android 5.1 & above with WiFi internet in the UK
• Your My Virgin Media username and password
• To download shows, you need a Maxit or Full House subscription or above

  Had Virgin Media for years with no problem. I wanted to use the app last night and asked me to log on which it never had done before. I forgot my password so I reset it. It now says to enter a valid username which is my email address that I get my bill sent to and had a confirmation email saying my password is reset. I then tried registering for an online account and it says my username is indeed the email address I typed in. Still doesn't work and keeps asking for a valid username.

  Can't log in again. Keep getting "oops can't log you in right now" this is an ongoing issue for months now. Fixed it for two weeks and it's back to doing it again.

  Annoying cant watch anything in large format 😡 uninstalled and loaded back on still nothing . Time to get rid.. forgot to mention I'm trying to change my parental pin for viewing ... I must of login with password and email 10 times...nothing changes so Im getting rid... poor service regarding virgin go

  Does not work since mandatory upgrade. Please fix. Device is Samsung galaxy s9. No problems before. Update: Uninstall the app then reinstall. This seemed to work for me. Should not have to do this so have kept as 1 star.

  It can be very slow and freezes. Also the channels constantly buffer and just basically kick you off the app. I can definitely see the potential in this app but they need to put more of an effort into this app, especially with how much money I pay a month. Not that impressed.
