  Useless app since you have already booked a seat on app, but the staff has sold that booked to the other guest, and the staff said they didn't open the app to see the booking confirmation. On the other hand, once you booked a seat on app, you have to call to reservation staff for confirming. So, useless app ever.

  App is fine , but bus transport not good, driver stop many places for road customers. Use other bus transport services

  No pop up notifications for price increasing in khmer new year or any occasions, you should up date on time. One more thing is the staff giving the wrong seat from what I have been booked via app.

  I booked a single seat in front a week ahead of my trip because I wanted to be alone during the 6 hour drive to siem reap. When I came to the office the staff told me that their online app isn't reliable and that there is no such thing as a single seat in front (Seat 2) and that I may change to Seat 3, which meant sitting shoulder to shoulder with other passengers. They also let me know that it's not a VIP Van, as it appeared in the app, but it's a mini bus, which is larger and therefore slower. I was very sick and and not feeling quite conscious, but that reason didn't matter to them, since it was Chinese New Year and they were fully booked. After buying the tickets, the bus was an hour late. JUST GREAT! Very disappointing experience. Usually they do well with booking. not anymore
