3 star all can give present time. I started membership from link family member sent to help them & myself to change my life and exercise is a what to turn to when things are bad, sad, hard, lonely, hurt etc things we want to make go away.Also the tanning bed, bring friend, message I need several months ago I joined bef xmas. went in Anderson 1 bad experience. 2nd Seneca, told my fee only exercise. So family got reward r I got f so i find out w up& give Update. It w b awesome if all was included

I Like this app but it has only one problem that when i click on stretching exercises i have to go back and then again click on new exercises to see clearly it would be good if you could do something that will swipe stretching exercises after clicking on them

Great app for setting up a good workout. Also several programs you can follow and build from. Had some issues after update, but got help after contacting them

I had installed total fitness Pro in 2015. Back then it was an awesome app. Kept me motivated for my workouts even bought the pro version. Unfortunately, I had to take a break after a year. Then I searched for the app now, when I started working out again and found that the app has improved a lot and though my subscription was not there I took a chance and contacted their support team with the details of my purchase from 2015 and voila! They helped and I am able to access the complete app.
