I have subscribed to this app but I now have a phone set up for my daughter using Google Family Link and I can't restore my purchase on her account. Developers please advise me on what to do? Should I cancel my subscription and sign up from her Family Link Account? Will this still enable her to play on my tablet using my account too? If I can get this resolved I will rate 5 stars as the app is great but the issue with Family Link is a bit of a show stopper for me.

Brutally expensive past the trial. It's a subscription, $10/mn or $75/yrs. Why not a set price for the app? Otherwise, my son enjoys the app. I hate the pricing strategy and being bothered to buy it constantly from my son.

I somehow was signed up for BOTH the monthly membership AND an annual membership. There is no reason I should have to pay twice. On top of that, I never did get the app to open as a member so I assumed it didn't go through. The process was terrible glitchy and not used friendly. I've also had to RE buy expansions on your other apps. For a paid app you need to do better.

My son really loves the My Very Hungry Caterpillar app so I downloaded this app on my tablet to see if he would like it. I forgot to cancel before the trial was up, which was my mistake, but it's very expensive for what it is. I wish I had remembered to cancel before the $59 was charged. Now not only did I unintentionally pay for it, but there isn't a way to transfer between platforms so I can't put it on his tablet. Update: emailed and confirmed that the app *doesnt* transfer between platforms

1/2020: Increased rating back to 4 stars. I didn't have time to send an email with account information that I couldn't find, as developer requested, however the app is now working properly. Push notifications to "start a free trial" when we already have a paid subscription keep me from giving it 5 stars. Honestly I'd give it 4.9 though if I could-my son is learning shapes, colors, numbers, letters, and words. At 3 years old, he is really loving this app, and the graphics are seriously beautiful.
