Great, thoughtful sports commentary and analysis. Puts ESPN to shame. I'm so glad I look to the voices of The Athletic rather than ESPN. Also, I love the podcasts. The NFL Show and the NBA show are great national pods. And as a Cowboys fan, the About Them Cowboys pod is great!!

What I really want is an option to have articles word count shown alongside titles. Or at least in my saved stories feed.

No dark mode in 2020? I just got this so my view is subject to change. Maybe I missed it. 3 stars Edit: found it, or they just introduced it. Okay, 4 stars. Now to improve further they need to make it easier for me to find articles I've previously read and easier to navigate in general. I understand that they have an algorithm that learns how you consume the product - YouTube does too - but you also need it to be intuitive to find what I want.

Great quality writing in a nice app. Could you please add a dark mode option for reading the main long-form articles, like how the stories behind the headlines at the top of the Front Page are presented?

It's a pretty decent app, but when you pay for something that allows you to comment, but will block your comments because if two many flags. But the app only has a thumbs up button but not a thumbs down button, the only way short making a comment is to flag the comment. But in these times where sports is mixing on with real world, so if you disagree with politics. You can get booted just based on a number not based on the content of your comment. HUGE, HUGE TURNOFF!!!!!
