Surah Al-Fill is sura 105 based on the composition of Manuscripts and sura 19 in the order of revelation of the Quran. Surah Al-Fil is named because it tells the story of Ashab Al-Fil (forces the Elephant). Al-Fil different from most sura of the Koran, the whole story passed down in its entirety on one sura. In terms of content, Surah Al-Fil including Qishar sura Al-Mufasshalat (17 last sura of the Quran surah Al-Fatihah plus). This Surah is one of the suras juz ammah in hizb 4th 30 juz of the Quran.
This sura tells the story of a great event history with a very short paragraph, but firm and clear about how Allah bring down reinforcements to the army of Abraha - Habasya leader who wants to attack and destroy the Kaaba. And He sent against them birds in droves, who pelted them with stones (derived) from baked clay. (To note that the definition of Ababil mentioned in the third paragraph of this surah is a group of birds that flock to the arrival. Ababil not the name of a particular bird).
ألم تر كيف فعل ربك بأصحب ٱلفيل (1) ألم يجعل كيدهم فى تضليل (2) وأرسل عليہم
(طيرا أبابيل (3) ترميهم بحجارة من سجيل (4) فجعلهم كعصف مأڪول (5
This means:
"Do you not considered how your Lord dealt with the the Elephant? [2] (1) Did He not make their guile [to destroy the Kaaba] is futile ?, (2) And He sent against them birds that flock -bondong, (3) Striking them with stones [coming] of baked clay, (4), and He made them like the leaves are eaten [caterpillar]. (5) "
