The app doesn't detect bluetooth although it's on and the wristband doesn't connect to the phone. What am I supposed to do with the wristband now?

Terrible app! This app recognized my wristband ONCE, for about five minutes, then never again. I uninstalled the app and connected the wristband to my phone through Bluetooth settings and my phone maintained a connection, so I have to assume the problem is the app (not the wristband). However, I need an app to be able to sync and track my progress

Horrible app it doesn't even connect to the watch.It doesn't even count the steps you have taken while using it. it also has the wrong time and doesn't allow you to a just it.I would not recommend this app

Does not detect MS1020 smart band, Bluetooth is on Huawei KT10 tablet. Fix it - I ll mail you correction for ' bad English' messages on your application. All the existing application fail to address the problem. Your' s is the best looking so far but does not work.

I really like it, I definitely suggest that you get this app. It works well I've had it for about 4-5 years.
