Compared to Universal and Disney especially in telling the wait times I give it an F. The best thing with a membership the card is easy to pull up and have scanned.

Its getting better. But reservations process is still irritating. Its silly that the saved passes can not be referenced when trying to reserve times.

Crappy. A year of Covid without being able to visit and now can't figure out how to use my passes for booking a Holiday in the Park drive. They want me to pay. No where can I see how to enter my pass number Call customer service? Forget it. Could barely find the number. Then when I did it sent me though an automated mess without ever getting to speak to someone. Corporate greed run around. Six Flags should be ashamed of their poor service.

Would not look up our one day tickets. Keep getting error the email info is wrong even though it is not bc I got the purchase receipt in the email.

Worst design ever. It's like someone took the website and just wrapped it with a mobile app so that it can be on your phone. The most annoying part is that the reservation "page" had no idea who you are, even though you are logged in, so you have to type in your 50 digit membership number - just like you were on the website! You can't even cut and paste. Get a real developer!!

It used to work well. Now, when I try to buy food, it resets to the main menu.
