First, the app is amazing! It uses AerisWeather's extensive PWS network and uses Dark Sky. Second, it looks awesome! Sleek, easy to use, and bug free. Third, quick and responsive tech support through their Twitter account. If there's a problem they throw out a patch...fast. Fourth, constant updates from user input. What more could you want?

I live between Puget Sound and the Cascade Mountains. There are several "pockets" of different weather readings between these two significantly different areas. Shadow Weather has proven to be surprisingly accurate in my "pocket" and wins out over the broadcast media readings and forecasts and other apps. Thanks!!!!!

I'm really liking this so far, definitely getting closer to dark skies. No other weather app on Android does hourly forecast like this app. One minor gripe, we need better cleaner widgets.

It is missing the rain scale that shows how much rain is expected over the next couple of hours but otherwise it has some decent tools. UPDATE: It does have a rainscale effect that appears when precipitation is anticipated.
